A fair way to begin the real work immediately.
A clearer path to a management deal in the future.
Every rate in this document is significantly discounted for Amy Ellen from Panoramic's standard rates, offered to you only because of our existing relationship.
We ask that you please respect that and treat this document and its pricing as strictly confidential. Don't share the numbers with any other artists, as we can't match these numbers under any standard agreement.
Let's start with the numbers. A standard manager takes 15 to 20% of an artist's income, plus expenses on top. On your current numbers, that manager would earn about €40 a month, go broke, and quietly stop answering your emails. You've felt one version of this already. A percentage deal only holds someone's attention while the percentage is worth their time, and when it isn't, the calls slow down. That's not anyone being a villain, it's just what the incentive does.
The traditional deal doesn't fail because you aren't good musicians. It fails because it's designed for artists who already have steady, dependable income and proven growth.
So instead of pretending the standard deal fits, here is one built for exactly where you are:
fixed projects at fixed prices. You buy exactly the work you need, you know the cost before it starts, and you own everything that gets made. A payment plan means nothing has to be paid all at once, and a simple promise means you'll never be forced to extend the deal or pay for services you didn't ask for.
Fixed projects. Fixed prices. Agreed before any work starts.
You own every deliverable, and there are no percentages and no retainers.
Right now you don't need someone taking a percentage. You need infrastructure: a website you own, professional paperwork, booking campaigns, smart gear decisions. It's skilled work that costs real money to do well, so it's priced as work, not guessed at as a percentage.
Every project is a fixed price agreed before it starts. Nothing is hourly. Nothing is open-ended. You choose what you need, when you need it, and every deliverable is yours to keep.
A real management deal only makes sense when there's real income to manage, enough that a standard commission actually supports the work a manager puts in. You're building toward that. When your income can actually support a manager, the deal will make sense on paper, not just in conversation.
At that point we sit down and negotiate management on real figures, with a clear agreement about what is and isn't covered. Nothing in this document commits either of us to that deal, and nothing here is contingent on it. This menu stands entirely on its own.
These are relationship rates, well below what this work bills at commercially.
They exist for one reason: I'd rather see you put the difference into your career growth.
A note on the booking work: no established agent will take on an act without a proven fan base and consistent sales. That's not pessimism, it's how the industry filters. These campaigns exist to build exactly the track record that makes a real agent conversation possible down the line.
Minimum payment: €192 per month, paid off inside twelve months at 0% interest. At standard rates this package runs €4,500; at relationship rates it's €2,250, owned outright, exactly half.
| Month | Payment | Balance |
|---|---|---|
| Start | · | €2,250 |
| 1 | −€192 | €2,058 |
| 2 | −€192 | €1,866 |
| 3 | −€192 | €1,674 |
| 4 | −€192 | €1,482 |
| 5 | −€192 | €1,290 |
| 6 | −€192 | €1,098 |
Payments continue at €192 until the balance reaches €0, cleared inside the twelve months. Pay more or pay it off early any time, with no penalty.
Panoramic completes the work up front, and you pay it off monthly, interest free, up to €5,000 financed at 0% over a full year. No bank will give a brand new French entity an unsecured credit line at 0%. This one comes with the work.
None of this is a menu you have to order everything from. Start with what moves the needle first and add the rest as it earns its place. The point of this structure is simple: you get a veteran's work at prices a developing act can survive, I get paid fairly for real work, and everything either of us owes the other is written down in advance.
Read it, sit with it, and let's talk it through.
